Terms of Use

By opening SilverHavenLabs you accept the terms below. They are short, because a site that sells nothing and stores nothing needs very few of them.

1. Acceptance

These terms form an agreement between you and SilverHavenLabs. If any part of them does not suit you, the appropriate response is simply to close the page — there is no account to cancel and nothing to unwind.

2. Nature of the service

SilverHavenLabs is a free-to-play social casino experience. Every terminal on this site is a simulation written by the studio and executed inside your browser. Nothing of real-world value is ever staked, obtained, held or transferred.

In plain terms: the site is a toy. Outcomes inside it have no meaning, consequence or value anywhere outside the page you are looking at.

3. Age requirement

Use of this site is limited to individuals aged 18 or over. Confirming the age panel is a statement that you meet that requirement. We may restrict access where we have reason to believe the requirement is not met.

4. Status of Silver Sparks

Silver Sparks (SPK) are a virtual counter created for the sole purpose of operating the simulations on this site. They:

  • have no value of any kind outside this website;
  • cannot be purchased, sold, gifted, transferred or inherited;
  • cannot be exchanged or redeemed for goods, services or currency of any form;
  • are stored only in your browser and are not owned, guaranteed or insured by us;
  • may be reset, adjusted or discontinued at any time without notice or compensation.

Loss of Silver Sparks — through cleared storage, a device change, a browser update or any other cause — creates no claim against the studio, because nothing of value was ever held.

5. Acceptable use

Use the site as it was intended. You agree not to:

  • modify, script or automate the simulations to manipulate the counter;
  • attempt to interfere with the site's availability or security;
  • present the site, its content or its outcomes as anything other than a simulation;
  • republish substantial parts of the site without written permission.

6. Availability

The site is offered as it is, without any promise of uninterrupted availability. Terminals may be changed, paused or removed. Return tables, lane names and mechanics may be rebalanced at any time as part of ordinary development.

7. Intellectual property

The name SilverHavenLabs, the emblem, the illustrations, the interface, the written content and the simulation code belong to the studio. Personal, non-commercial use of the site in a browser is permitted. Everything else requires permission.

Names and marks belonging to the responsible play organisations shown in the footer remain the property of those organisations. The images used on this site are neutral placeholders.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the studio is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Links to responsible play organisations are provided for your benefit. Those sites are independent, and we are not responsible for their content or their policies.

10. Changes

These terms may be updated. The review date at the top of the page always reflects the current version, and continued use of the site after an update means you accept it.
